Accessibility statement
Last updated: 2026-10-26
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this service independently. We build accessibility into the service itself, not only through a toolbar.
Standard
The service is built to meet Israeli Standard T.I. 5568 at Level AA, which is based on the international WCAG guidelines, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
Accessibility features
- Full keyboard use: every link, button and form field can be reached with Tab and Shift+Tab and used with Enter or Space. Dialogs close with Escape.
- A clear, high-contrast highlight shows which element has keyboard focus.
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
- An accessibility menu on every page: text size 100%, 150% and 200%; light and dark view; color and monochrome display. Your choice is saved in your browser.
- Consistent page structure with headings, landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer) and a page language setting, for screen readers.
- Every form field has a visible label. Errors are written in words next to the field, and are announced by screen readers.
- Status messages (saved, loading, errors) are announced by screen readers.
- Information is never shown by color alone — statuses also have text, and every worker color is shown with the worker's name.
- Color contrast meets the Level AA requirements in all views.
- Full support for Hebrew (right to left), English and Russian.
- The layout adapts to phones, tablets and zoom up to 200%.
- Animations are reduced when your system asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
- The week view of the calendar may need horizontal scrolling at large text sizes or on small screens. With several workers, the day view may need horizontal scrolling too. The worker filter shows one worker at a time in a single column.
- The service has not yet been reviewed by an external accessibility expert. We test it with the keyboard, screen readers and automated tools, and fix every problem we find.
